Q. Would the food be warm when delivered?
All the bento boxes are cooked fresh and immediately put in our NSF insulated warmer (rated for 4 hours) to be kept as warm as possible. Much better than the other delivery services such as UberEats and DoorDash.
If you only like your food piping hot, please come to our restaurant in the courtyard behind Marugame Udon on Kuhio Ave.

Q. Can we order from EbiNomi's regular menu? Are other dishes available?
Our apologies, you need to order from our special EbiBento menu and only those items are available for beach delivery. Should you wish to have other items from our regular menu delivered, you need to use our regular order portal and they will be delivery by our delivery service, not the EbiTrolley.

Q. Can we modify the items?
We batch deliver so we cannot modify individual orders. But we will have condiments with the EbiTrolley for your own customization.

Q. Can we order beverages?
Yes of course! The EbiTrolley has a separate cold compartment that would bring you iced beverages. You would order from the same order page.

Q. Can we make purchases directly from the EbiTrolley?
There is no sales transaction conducted at the EbiTrolley. All items have to be ordered and paid for online on the EbiBento order page.

Q. What are the hours of delivery?
Expect the EbiTrolley to be on location 11 am to 1 pm (tbd) and 5 pm to 7 pm (maybe.... if we have staff to do this) You can locate us by checking the EbiTrolley's live location by GPS.
